Service
Silent Cascade provides traffic routing, tracking, attribution, and reporting on a managed cloud, with self-hosted deployment available on request at Enterprise.
Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your workspace.
Acceptable use
No use that violates applicable law, hosting provider policy, or traffic-source terms. No distribution of malware or illegal content.
Billing
Subscription plans renew automatically. Overage is billed at the published per-tier rate at the end of each billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at cycle end.
Availability
Target SLAs are per tier. Enterprise includes an SLA. Self-hosted operation is under your infrastructure control.
Termination
Either party may terminate at end of cycle. Data export remains available for 30 days after termination.
Liability
Limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months. No liability for indirect or consequential loss.
